KIS Daily Profit Tracker / Food Cost Monitor
Spot food-cost drift. Take control of purchasing.
Busy service can hide expensive habits: excess ordering, missed credits, inconsistent portions and dishes that have not been costed properly. KIS gives senior chefs a practical routine for recording the numbers and investigating the cause.
£29.99 · Digital ZIP download · Editable Word and Excel files, with PDFs where supplied · Single-site use
The KIS Daily Profit Tracker / Food Cost Monitor is the Stock, Ordering & Food Cost Control System. It tracks purchasing against food sales and supports operational food-cost control. It does not calculate your business's net profit or produce accounts.
Use two numbers to begin the review
Enter net food purchases and net food sales on the five-week Food Cost Monitor, using the same VAT basis and consistent cut-off. Review the cumulative percentage over the trading cycle. A single day's delivery can distort the picture; use the running position and the physical kitchen to investigate unexplained movement.

Choose the right pack
This entire system is included in Complete KIS at £49.99. If you also need food-safety records and staff induction, choose Complete rather than buying the smaller packs separately. If you already own Complete, you already have these tools.
Your files and licence
One downloadable ZIP with editable DOCX and XLSX masters, PDFs where supplied, instructions and a file manifest. You need compatible Word/Excel software for editing and a PDF reader for PDFs. Adapt working copies for one named physical site and print internal copies as needed. No physical item is shipped.
Accurate invoices, credits, food-sales data and management review are essential. This is an operational food-cost toolkit, not a profit-and-loss accounting system. Savings are not guaranteed.
